On the occasion of 150th birth anniversary of Mahatma Gandhi, on October 2 2019 government of India has imposed a nationwide ban on single use plastic. lectures, poster painting, cleaning the school premises, pledge to "No use of plastic", plantation of saplings etc.. were some among the various activities taken up by School.
